I am not sure but I did not use the FlashVars parameter in my code. I
would try it as follows:

  <param name="movie"
value="FLVPlayer_Progressive.swf?MM_ComponentVersion=1&skinName=Halo_Skin_2&streamName=videos/06_04_07_blake2&autoPlay=false&autoRewind=false"
/>

Maybe it helps.
