That looks good for referencing the vPIP _javascript_ file.  The next
step is to use the hVlog format for your video entries.
Unfortunately, vPIP does not yet support .fla files, so you'll need to
use the avi file you uploaded to blip.tv instead.

You can use the "Generate vPIP HTML code" helper app to create the
hVlog format.  It's available at

http://utilities.cinegage.com/videos-playing-in-place/#Usage

Click on the image for it, and it'll pop-up.  Then select "Windows
Media" and put in the blip.tv avi file:

http://www.blip.tv/file/get/Ninelow99-MyDriveToSchool225.avi

and the image file:

http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6248/2872/320/for%20movie%20driving%20to%20school.0.jpg

and click the [Generate Code] button.  Then click the [Copy to
Clipboard] button.  Then paste the code in Blogger where you write the
blog entry.

This is the code for your last video:

<div class="hVlog" align="center">
   <a
href="" href="http://www.blip.tv/file/get/Ninelow99-MyDriveToSchool225.avi">http://www.blip.tv/file/get/Ninelow99-MyDriveToSchool225.avi"
rel="enclosure" type="video/x-msvideo" '');
return false;">

/>
  </a>

rel="enclosure" type="video/x-msvideo" '');
return false;">Watch Video</a>
</div>

If this is a bit involved, you may want to try David Meade's script:
