actually it would be interesting to know how many people really do read
these emails

i suspect that the '2,179 members' figure includes many duplicates,
dropouts, old accounts, spammers and even the dear departed

perhaps it's more like 20%.  what if it's really closer to 50% and
there's really only about 300 people here?


btw, from my point of view "all the other vloggers" is really the same
as saying  "all the other people"

it's just a matter of time

now you're talking about a real gap - i think it's called the "digital
divide" ;)

what's your suggestion for bridging it matt?

mine is simple: open workshops where people help each other with all
aspects of personal media
