Another good tip is to use as much black in your composition as possible.  Talking heads on solid black background read well on mobile phones.  Anything with a black background really.  And yeah, BIG titles.

Quicktime Pro indeed has an Export to 3GP...and I tried it with a .mov I had made previously. Seems easy enough,  but I have to go back and redo titles and some images for the mobile screen because everything is too small.

need a video that is encoded as 3GP. I don't know what the exact specs
are but I have used Apple compressor to create 3GP files. There
weren't many options so I assume that the compression settings are
pretty strict. There is probably some utility somewhere that makes
these for you fairly easily (in case you don't have compressor).
