I'm on a Danish version of QT so the translations may not be completely  
correct.

1) Get a copy of QT Pro and open video in QT Pro
2) Open "Get movie properties" (Apple+J; Ctrl+J)
3) Select the video track in the top part of the window
4) Go to the "Visual settings" pane in the lower half of the window
5) Click one of the two rotate buttons
6) Save as new movie (remember to make it self-contained)

Voila.
