Without really knowing anything, I think veoh is not taking your blip.tv feed is because blip.tv told veoh to stop scrapping its feeds to fill veohs database. So they may have a blanket no-blipfeed policy.
It may be a pain (but what about videoblogging isnt?:), but you may have to just import your vids to veoh.
