you should upload a video that is already encoded to work with ipods until blip offers specialzed transcoding services. right now, as far as i know, they only transcode to flv. you could ask blip if/when they plan to offer more transcoding services for ipods, psp and so on... until then, you should transcode to your target devices and then upload. there are many client-side apps that are free and let you do this. blips feeds are itunes compatible but it only uses the video you upload to them.
