Thanks for the sincere welcome Ted Tagami. We should do lunch.

In any case, my post... and myself... are legit. I'm involved in
marketing and media in the Minneapolis metro area. I first heard
about vlogging during a chat last December with a guy from Hubbard
Broadcasting that's based here (look it up if you wish). He said at
the time that they were working on some kind of online network to
complement their TV/radio/satellite offerings, and were scrambling to
meet with enough advertisers to see if it might work.

I thought it was pretty exciting. I had a few glasses of wine. I got
out my dictionary. I bought a sh*tload of domains. That's it.

If you were attempting to imply that I am some kind of "domainer"
entrepreneur, think again. The names have sat, embarrassingly, for a
year doing nothing. Total "parking" earnings: $0.00. Some domainer!
They were at GoDaddy until a couple weeks ago when I stumbled across
vloglist.com for sale on another board. That's when I decided to give
up on the "mega-network" concept and instead try to relaunch VlogList,
(which used to be a pretty nice directory), and a few other FAQ and
resource pages. A "micro-network" I guess.

Anyway, it's silly for me to renew all of those names this month
because I'll probably just continue to let most of them sit. If I let
them drop, I can guarantee you that it will be those folks that Mr.
Ted Tagami was lumping me in with that will snatch them.

That's why I posted here. This is the biggest group of real vloggers
I found, so I thought I'd try here first.

Was it bad form to make a sales pitch in my 1st post? No question.
Unfortunately with most of these names expiring in the next 3-4 weeks
I don't have the luxury of time.

Thanks for reading. Hopefully I've clarified my point for posting and
my goals.

Feel free to email me at dan_a_adkins (at) yahoo (dot) com. We can
talk vlogs, or you can gripe at me. All is good.

Regards,

Da
