It appears interesting but its early days, not quite enough documentation. I dont think its really a CMS like Drupal. Joomla etc. It appears to be more like a system for easily posting links to news stories to your blog, grouping news content by tag, and stuff like that. It doesnt seem to actually be a system for publishing content in itself, eg you would still need to use wordpress etc to blog, rather than tagcloud handling all that stuff.
