I would love to offer a slightly larger size video on my West Michigan blog, but often when i go any larger than 320x240, I get interlacing lines in my video... I want to keep my horizontal dimension no larger than 420 how do i go about doing this.. and what are good dimensions? I use either 3ivx or h264 for my quicktime compression...
