The question is in the same category as "who was the second gunman?". Noone here knows, but will debate it at great lengths - in the end the answer can't be found though. That said. The amount of megapixels is the last thing you should worry about. Quality of the lens "glass" (which is plastic), focusing system (if any) and noise reduction software is what you should worry about. I am willing to bet that photos from the iPhone will suck just as bad as photos from any other mobile photo.
