I'd enter in a heartbeat, I live on 4 hours of sleep a night, working at a web startup and sleeping on the floor of my office when I get a chance.
Too bad I'm not American either. Interestingly, when we ran a contest at work, we *did* open it up worldwide. Dealing with the legalities isn't as overwhelming as you'd think (easy for me to say, since my role was simply to say "let's get some lawyers to research this").
