I use Premiere Pro for my videozine, however Premiere Elements, does
99.9% of what I need and is a lot less.

This is my QT Routine. It works with Pro, and should work with
Elements and WMM. (since the starting file format is the same.)

I export the file in a DV format (avi)

Then Videora (free) is used to create my mp4 files.
Sometimes I get a blank frame at every 9 minutes 30 seconds. I don't
know what causes it, however to get around it, I use QT pro to export
the avi as a mov using the "Save As" function. Tis file is then used
in Videora.

I use to use QT Pro for all my mp4 conversions, however h264
compression takes way too long!

Hope this helps. I can do a screen capture video on this topic if
you're interested.

Shel.
