Hey Jan. The money does accrue over time on Revver. It's totally cumulative. Once you earn $20, that money goes through verification (against click fraud, etc.) and then you get paid. And then it starts counting over again. If you earn more than $20 every month, you get paid every month. They payment threshold really is about cost efficiency. It boils down to manpower. If you think about the huge number of registered users, you can imagine most of them have only participated in small ways, earning very small amounts of money. It would take a huge amount of time to send checks to everyone. We're a start up with a small team. We chose an amount that was small enough that people wouldn't have to wait too long and large enough to make the payments reasonable - which also ensures timely payment for everyone.
