Hi all Before I throw $300-$500 at improving audio, anyone have comparisons between these two companys' products? I have read all the online independent reviews and haven't seen any comparison reviews.
I wont be using XLR at this time, my mics are all miniplug 1/4". I'm using sony hdv-hc3 which does not have audio in, so I am also hacking the off-the-shelf active-shoe microphone to have a miniplug audio in (which is not powered so needs a battery externally).
