Before you join any video web host service please check the terms of
services (TOS) You don't want to put in a lot of effort only to have
someone else own or control your content.

Very important - Own your stuff.

You have a number of choices. I'll cut to the chase and suggest
http://www.blip.tv  I'm bias, I like how Blip does things and they
have yet to suck my blood without my consent.

Having said that, in the interest of fairness and open and equal
access to information there are other options.
