For me, I default to .MP4, with links to .WMV and .FLV. .MP4 as that is how Ulead names it for the iTunes/Mac compatibility type. I have a few friends and family watch my vlog and no sense having them installing Quicktime to view my ramblings, so I offer .WMV and .FLV for good rounded compatibility.
