Steve said "enclosures" which means any type of file delivered via RSS be it audio, video, photos, pdfs etc. A vlog can be video on a blog with or without enclosures on an RSS feed. And Podcasts are basically the video (or any kind of file) delivered via RSS feed. At least according to Steve Garfield, and I would tend to agree with that. "Shows" can be delivered in either of these ways, as can personal messages and other kinds of "non-show" video, audio, text or photo presentations.
