What do you mean by making a video go viral? If you mean making a video really popular like the "Numa Numa Dance" or Homestar Runner then good luck. If you figure that out let me know. Thats sorta like asking how to win the lottery—if we all knew how to do that we'd all be rich.
If you want your video to be seen by as many people as possible--or better yet be discovered by as many people who might have an interest in it then there are ways of doing that. First I would get listed in as many directories as possible. And then find relevent forums and communities and actually participate in them and while you are participating you'll have an opportunity to let them know about your videos--either directly or indirectly with signature files etc. But the key is genuine participation--not spamming a community.
