Interesting... mefeedia does have an increasing amount of youtube feeds and
active youtubers who've signed up, claimed their feeds and subscribed to
both ohter youtubers feeds and other videobloggers feeds outside youtube.

I would really love to see someone create a videoblogging week group on
youtube... and if I get a chance myself I will... the best thing as has been
said above is not to ask permission or to wait... just doo.

In the past videoblogging week we had a theme "vlogging dangerously"...
maybe vlogging dangerously is to challenge yourself... for us to challenge
each other to cross boarders... maybe crossing the divide should be the
theme for this years videoblogging week.

Try vlogging from a new platform... twitter.. or using linux... try vlogging
new places and people... try vlogging from youtube... or vimeo.

Maybe it's "one vlogosphere".

I somewhat hate the term vlogsphere, and somewhat love it... it makes me
laugh everytime I use it.

Maybe this years theme should be

One vlogosphere, crossing borders, making new friends.

Maybe this years theme... maybe the big issue is all about acknowleging and
cellebrating all the diverse aspects of videoblogging.

Youtube and a thousand different webservices
the world wide
developing worlds
developing vlogging platforms
cheap camera's and accessibility
cheap tools
vlogging as simple as twittering

We at mefeedia have worked REALLY hard to make it *one vlogosphere* so
ANYONE can participate no matter what vlogging platform or webservice they
use.

I'd personally love nothing better for the community to challenge us and
other services like dabble and technoratti by vlogging everywhere and
anywhere.

If you can throw us an RSS feed with videos in it and some form of tags we
can track it.

One vlogosphere, crossing borders, making new friends, acknowleging and
cellebrating all the tools, services and platforms that have spring up to
make videoblogging so easy in the last three years.

It is a truely amazing thing when you think about it... how far we've come
in the last three years. Maybe we should be cellebrating that?
