If you go to the skype store, they have wifi phones for sale. Several mainstream cell phone vendors have skype phones or the equivalent (google talk phones etc) in the works but it will be another year or more before they come out.
Also a while back, I posted about the sony mylo, which I used for wifi + skype successfully.
