yes, i am taking an extreme view for sake of argument and of course i would have been a horrible crime reporter had i been incapable of empathy. however, i firmly believe that reporters deliver information as it happens and it would have been unjournalistic of them not to show the public the information they had on cho, including parts of the tapes.
