Folks, let's leave the ballot stuffing to the professionals. Please
just use your own name. With all due respect to the great cities of
Boston, NYC and all points west I think we should do D.C.

1. It would be an opportunity to do outreach in the DC, Maryland and
Virginia areas. We can make connections with the folks down south
(southeaster portion of the U.S.) which would once again expand our
networking opportunities.

2. Mighty fine eating in the region. We could chomp without worrying
about skimping.

4. Helps to reduce the costs for those on the African, Asian and
European terra firma, plus it will do wonders for their rumps (not as
much air time)

5. I got to get out of L.A. I love the Smithsonian Museums and I got
sniff some of that Library of Congress book dust.

6. If we don't want to talk to no stinking politicians we don't have
to. They aren't likely to be in town anyway and we don't have a PAC or
slush fund money they can belly up to.

Same with the M$M - I don't think they like us especially that D.C.
crowd that sucked up for the past seven years.

7. Those that are outside of the D.C. area can help with the small
things like putting up info on flights, hotel suggestions, long
distance PR or make a video about the event. If we all do a little
somethings a big thing can happen. Pick one small thing, do it and
then walk away.

8. Let not be so linear about this. If 30 to 50 folks want to go to
D.C. we could have a great time! If another 50 want to go to Boston
then that can happen. There will be Vlogging BBQs, BarCamp and other
chances to meet & talk with folks. If VloggerCon doesn't happen folks
will still get together.

But if the group mind says we are heading for D.C. then lets
collectively make that happen.

In the spirit of Andy Hardy - "come on gang, let's put on a show!"
