Hello Justin, Isn't AFTRA just a labor union for actors in radio and television.
And as such... you don't have to have any relation with them if you don't want to. "jurisdiction" is most likely the wrong word. What they probably meant is that they can accept vloggers into their union too. (In addition to all the others in there.) But you don't have to join that union. They may have used the word "jurisdiction" to (somewhat mislead you and to) push and pressure you to join. (After all... the more people who are in it, the more "dues" they get and the more power they have.) They'd probably love to get vloggers in there too.
