It's not an issue really. Do like ThePan.org and Wreck&Salvage did. Use youtube as much as they use you. Creat interstitials and short teaser videos, put your domain name at the end. Just keep in mind anything you post on Youtube is trash. There's no archiveability, no accountability, and as this instance shows... stuff just gets randomly deleted without any due process or explanation.
