OK Itunes tells me that both the sound and video format are not AAC-LC
for audio or mpeg 4 or h264 for video, but rather sorenson 3 and
QDesign music 2, which the ipod doesnt support.

You need to encode your vids with totally different settings to
achieve ipod compatibility.
