Well...First of all, the simple fact that you're using a bunch of still captures from the video poses a problem in and of itself. What you need to do instead is do what practically every vlogger here does. Just use ONE. You can have it "skinned" by capturing the Quicktime window (Most people prefer that program for some odd reason) or it can be "skinless" by not having borders (This makes it look like an ordinary picture). (BTW Blogger has now been integrated with Google Video. Check out the announcement @ http://bloggerindraft.blogspot.com/2007/06/introducing-blogger-in-draft.html for more info).
