I'm using Firefox now and I still do not see a film strip icon (Unless I'm utterly blind and am totally missing it). Anyhow, I made some FULL SCREEN screen shots to demonstrate just what it is I'm seeing while in the COMPOSE (aka WYSIWYG) mode of the Blogger editor. I made a screenshot of every browser I have except IE, which you guys already know about (Though I'll be happy to post one from that browser too if you'd like :)). In any case, here they are....
