Have you considered using ustream.tv, blogtv.com or one of the other
live streaming sites to livecast the meeting?  With a wifi connection
and a dv camera, you would open the meeting to everyone and have an
included chat room, as well.  The ustream.tv site allows for password
protection, as well, and can certainly be run in tandem with the other
voice solutions described below.  For that matter, flashmeeting may be
a viable solution, as well.
