Ok. First you need a USB camera. Best to check maccam for devices that
are reported to have worked. You can check for that here...

Now that you found a cam that works, download and install the most
recent version of Maccam...

If all goes well, here is where you will need to spend a few dollars.
You will need iChatUSBCam. $9.95

Now, your USB cam should all be set to work with ichat, skype and the
flash meetings.

I installed both maccam and ichatusbcam. I'm not really sure if both
are actually needed though. I do know that you need ichatusbcam if you
want your camera to work in ichat and skype.
