Ok. First you need a USB camera. Best to check maccam for devices that are reported to have worked. You can check for that here...

You will need iChatUSBCam. $9.95 http://www.ecamm.com/mac/ichatusbcam/ Now, your USB cam should all be set to work with ichat, skype and the flash meetings. I installed both maccam and ichatusbcam. I'm not really sure if both are actually needed though. I do know that you need ichatusbcam if you want your camera to work in ichat and skype. Hope that helps.
