I'm using Thunderbird as my e-mail client and it happens to me six out ten times. Regular junk mail gets delivered no problem.
The Yahoo digest mail, straight to the junk folder. I've gotten use to looking in there the digest version. Partly I think it happens if any of us use a word we have in our e-mail filters. But I've looked and there isn't a clear pattern.
