Yeah...building on Wordpress is a nobrainer. its what many of us are already using....plus it has an extremely active community. Im still searching for a developer who wants to update the Pledge Drive Plugin (with documentation). we even have a $2000 bounty on it. http://hmwv.pbwiki.com/PledgeDrive May need to be totally redone.
