size of balls in relation to sphincter contraction ...

Slight rant. I am feeling a little ticked off ...

I read about this in the last week or so. Reminds me of "Double Secret
Probation" <http://tinyurl.com/2asvcr>.

Comcast and donloading
<http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20633771/>
"Comcast has punished some transgressors by cutting off their Internet
service, arguing that excessive downloaders hog Internet capacity and
slow down the network for other customers. The company declines to
reveal its download limits.

"The cable companies collectively spent about $90 billion in the past
decade to improve their networks. And on cable networks, several
hundred subscribers often share an Internet connection, so one
high-traffic user could slow the rest of a neighborhood's connections.
Phone lines are run directly to each home, so a single bandwidth hog
will not slow other connections."

Hey, can't stand the infrastructure up-grade, give up the monopoly!

I live where there is only one choice for cable broadband, a couple of
DSL providers and few hold outs from the old BB/server days.

A bounce over to get the monopoly's facts...

here are the FOUR tiers
Premier 15Mbps 2Mbps $56.95

Preferred 5Mbps 2Mbps $41.95

Value 1.5Mbps 256Kbps $26.95

Economy 512Kbps 256Kbps $14.95
The rub is that even if you pay for the "Premier" you may only be
connecting at the Value speed. There is no "guarantee" of minimum
connection speed, just that wishywashy line "UP TO".

End of rant.
