I am not about to go into Wordpress and all of it's functions and plugins. That would require the better part of a month explaining it all out. However, you dont really need any plugins with Wordpress to use it as a videoblog. Knowledge of linking a video is all that's really required.
One superb plugin that many of us do use is Enric's vPIP. http://www.vpip.org Blip.tv has it's showplayer that many use as well. Also, the Wordpress based Showinabox is being developed for videobloggers to use. http://www.showinabox.tv I personally use Showinabox with vPIP.
