Sign up to lunarpages and specify your existing domain name during this process (I dont use lunarpages so not sure exactly how this is handled but its usually straightforward, just need to make sure you are specifying to use an existing domain, not for lunarpages to register it as anew domain).
Then lunarpages will send you a welcome email which, amoungst other things, will include the address of 2 lunarpage nameservers. Now you go to your yahoo and/or 1&1 domain control panels, and find an option that lets you specify new nameservers. Put the lunarpages nameserver addresses in, and then wait for between 30 mins and 2 days for these changes to propagate across the net. Your domains should now pint to your lunarpages-hosted server.
