Randy,

Create your own size of player and use your original file.
(by the way, you seem to say you have a flash .mov file, which is not  
possible - flash is .flv)
In your Blip Dashboard, at the top right, choose Manage Show Players.
You can then choose whatever size and colour you want, you can create  
a bunch of different players to play single episodes, playlists, most  
popular episodes...
And you can set it so that it plays an H264 encoded mp4 or Quicktime  
file - much better quality than Flash, and playable for anyone with  
the latest version of Flash Player.   In the Advanced tab, add the  
following setting at the bottom:
allowm4v - true
