difficult to say what theme is "best". It really depends on what you want functionality you want. Chuck Olsen recently pointed me to this theme that looks cool: http://www.woothemes.com/demo/?t=28 I'd suggest finding someone's videoblog that you really like. Often theres a link to the theme's creator at the footer. Or just email the person to find out what theme they used.
