Funny you should ask Heath!
The Social Media Club is hosting conversations around the country in Sept
and Oct, sponsored by RealPlayer SP. That is one of the main questions! I am
the paid project manager for this Reality Check series.

You can see a list of the cities here in case one is nearby and any of you
want to attend; New York is next Monday Sept 14, DC is next Wed Sept 16,
Atlanta next Thur Sep 17.

Each chapter runs its own meeting. We'll be posting event info as it
develops.

This is their new player, that lets you download video from virtually any
source and re-encode it for use on your device of choice. Free and plus
versions are available.

The player is only available for PC - Mac version won't be out until Q1
2020. Hence, I do not have personal experience with it yet.

They also have http://www.realnetworksblog.com with a number of contests and
other things going on.

I am happy to forward on any comments anyone may have, in case you can't
attend one of the meetings. If you blog about it, we are using these tags:
    smc, realitycheck, socialmediaclub

Aloha,

Roxanne
