Good notes Gena. Im always amazed when I bump into newspeople that many lack the skills to record, edit, and publish videos on their own. They have the skills to gather a story but rarely produce it. On the other hand, the technical people (videographers, sound, editors) know how to produce the video...but dont seem to have the skills to actually gather the story.
