Forget legal recourse. Simply ask them to remove your videos, if they don't comply then get on with your blog and never use them again. Oh, and slag off at them to the hilt on your next blog! Remember, there is no such thing as bad advertising, if your video is "out there" then that's never a bad thing. Dave. (Also from Oz)
