Hi Erik,

People use Skype for this and then record the video and audio with some sort
of third party app. I've used a very good third-party app for the Mac called
Call Recorder for Skype for a whopping $19.99. Works great, can split
screens, showing both people talking.

I'm sure other folks on list have a suggestion for a Windows equivalent if
you're on that platform.
