I assume you would be dealing with Swank on this. In the old days they were kind of locked into that non theatrical can't promote off premise mode which really goes back to the days when there were 2nd run theaters you might compete with. You can ask them and if they are skittish you should just go to WB directly. Swank would DEFINITELY have the posters and I am not sure why you would need special permission to use the stills. In general if you are using publicity to promote a legal showing of a film THAT IS WHAT THEY WERE MADE FOR.
