[Videolib] Amray DVD case inserts

I'm looking to give away Amray snap-in DVD case inserts: ~175 2-disc 
(for a total of 3 discs in the case) and ~25 1-disc (for a total of 2 
discs in the case).  Attached are, I hope, photos of box labels for the 
2-disc inserts and a photo of a 2-disc insert next to a 1-disc insert.  
The provider we use doesn't have these anymore, and they don't fit in 
the new type of case.

I'll send them all to whoever wants them first, with preference to US 
shipping address.  If shipping cost is low (<$10?) I don't expect it's 
worth the bureaucratic effort of reimbursement.
