Greetings All, A professor has purchased 5 DVDs for a francophone film festival and not as part of classroom instruction. While she is not charging for admission, she still needs to obtain public performance rights. Do any of you know how she can obtain these rights? I remember 2 of the movies 400 Blows and Sugar Cane Alley. Any help you can render is appreciated
