Roxanne, I can echo these suggestions and confirm that they have worked here at UConn. I can draw reports about what is used for classes, how frequently, and by which disciplines from our Reserve database and it has had substantial impact here. We have also used this data to identify high use titles for purchase of streaming rights so we can ensure we get the most bang for our buck.
