Not a feature film, but a video of a performance, an educational title,
or a how-to, geared toward an adult audience.

If so, we need your suggestions! If you are a librarian not affiliated
with a video producer or distributor, you can suggest titles for the
Notable Videos for Adults annual list. American Library Association's
Video Round Table established this list in order to help librarians
identify and select the best offerings in this video marketplace.

If you would like to recommend a video - including streaming video -
please read the criteria and selection procedures:
http://www.ala.org/ala/mgrps/rts/vrt/initiatives/notablevideos/notablevideoscriteria.cfm

then fill out the suggestion form:

For a list of previous winners please go to:

And please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.

Happy viewing!

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
