A faculty member just presented me with 2 VHS tapes, copies of DVDs she purchased. She wants to donate these to our media collection. Just the right of first sale give her the right to duplicate in a different format, then donate? Just askin'.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition,bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions.
