Dancing is out of distribution in hard copy video. I discovered this last year when we needed to replace one volume.
I tracked down the primary author: Rhoda Grauer, Dean School of Visual and Performing Arts Long Island University/C.W. Post Campus. She offered to burn a copy of the missing volume, IF she had time, but we never received it.
