Dear colleagues,

I just would like to share this article that I recently published:
Latin American and Spanish online videos: vendor offerings for US academic
libraries
Collection Building, Vol. 29 Iss: 1, pp.31 - 36
http://www.emeraldinsight.com/journals.htm?articleid=1833114&show=abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the availability and features of Latin
American and Spanish online videos available through video vendors and other
providers to US academic libraries.

Hope you find it useful! Feedback welcomed! I am currently working on an update
to include more vendors that I was unable to include in this first article.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
