It is handled by a company called Newmarket Films. I googled and here is the
email [email protected].
For future advice. I looked up the original review on the New York Times web
site and they listed Newmarket and then I googled them. This is how I would
check initially check the owner for any film that I can't obviously find in
say Swank, New Yorker etc. If the company listed in the Times review is no
longer around or tells you their rights have expired and refuses to give any
further contact info, then find the original Variety review which generally
lists the original production/ sales company. Variety is not a free on line
but presumably librarians can find a way to access this.

Good luck

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
